Happy Birthday Jakey!!!

It's amazing how quickly 2 years can go by. You have gone from my sweet little baby to my sweet little man. You're finally talking!! Yeah! although we still struggle to understand what you are saying most of the time, we are thrilled that you are at least trying to get those words out. You've had a tough year, but we are so grateful that you are healthy, active (sometimes too much so), and most of all still with us. You pulled through your surgery so good, and we are so happy that you have improved so much. Happy Birthday little guy ~ we sure love you!
