For April Fools we had "cupcakes" for dinner. They are really meat loaf and mashed potatoes. My stinking kids are too smart and it didn't even fool them for a minute!

What a good Idea. My family actually likes meat loaf but I'm always worried that it isn't cooked all the way through. cooking them as little cupcakes would be great!
